DeepPCB is an AI routing engine for placed PCBs, trained with reinforcement learning by InstaDeep. You upload a placed board, its assistant checks the stack-up, net classes and other setup, you keep the critical nets you routed by hand, and it routes the rest to your rules and returns the board. It takes Altium, KiCad (with a plugin), EasyEDA, and OrCAD, Allegro or Eagle boards via Specctra DSN. It is self-serve and pay as you go, with a 30-minute free trial on one board.

Routing only: placement, parts and the schematic stay in your own PCB tool. DeepPCB itself says it is not aimed at production layout or the densest high-speed boards.
